Property Record Card: A detailed document from the tax assessor containing the building's layout, square footage, and recorded features.

Zoning and Variances: Information on zoning restrictions, and any variances applied for, granted, or denied.

Environmental/Underground Tanks: Records regarding the removal or installation of underground oil tanks (USTs) and any environmental investigation reports.

Property Taxes & Assessments: Current tax, water, and sewer assessments/records.

Flood Zone/Special Districts: Documentation if the property is in a flood zone or special zoning district.

Thank you for the prompt response. Before I close out the ticket, I want to ensure I am reading it accurately - the PDF does not expand on Complaints, Land Use, Engineering, Code Enforcement, and Fire Prevention sections. Is it safe to assume those fields are blank for this property?
