2. Copies of any violations or fines if any
3. Copies of any abandoned oil tanks or other tanks or any known property restrictions
4. Copies of any abandoned septic tanks, wells or cesspools
5. Copies of municipal assessments currently being billed or any pending assessments
6. Copy of updated property tax card
7. Copy of any property tax increase information to date
