Code Enforcement: a list of all residential properties that have an Open/Active - Code Enforcement Violation for high grass, junk removal, or unkept property. Address, and owner name provided please.

Tax Collector: a list of properties that are tax delinquent for more than 18 months(Q4 2021 or prior). Please include the property address, owner name, and balance. If possible, please only include “Class:2” residential properties only.

A list of all residential properties that are currently vacant/abandoned. Please include the property address.

A list of all residential properties that are going to foreclosure. This may include all properties that a “Notice of Intention to Foreclose” has been filed for. Please include the property address and any other information available.

A list of properties that received a notice of Lis Pendens. Please include the property address and any other information available.

A list of properties that have (open/active) Liens recorded against the property. Please include the property address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
