6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on February 1, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is February 10, 2022. The response to

Township’s receipt of the request.

3. From the Township’s Tax Collector: Delinquent utilities report

4. From the Township’s Fire Department: Properties that have been
fire damaged in the past month: 18 Ella Street; 95 East Passaic Ave; 99
Myrtle Street; 124 Franklin St.
5. There are no documents responsive to your request for properties
flagged abandoned; properties currently in the probate process; properties
in the eviction process; properties going through the divorce process;
properties that have had their water shut off
