5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Concerning the attached OPRA request, items 2, 3 and 4 the Borough of
Westville has no access to this information. Concerning items 5 and 8,
because of Covid and the Governors Executive orders, we are not charging
interest on accounts which means they are not delinquent. There have been
no utilities (water and sewer) shut off since the pandemic.
I am attaching a list of vacant properties (#6) and the Code enforcement
officer will be working on the properties with code violations (#1) for
the last 3 months. He will be on vacation until July 13^th.
