In March, 2016, I found a 10 page document in the Official Public Records
of Ocean County, New Jersey, that was filed under Docket No. 192158. The
Ocean County Surrogate’s Court provided me with a copy of that document on
April 6, 2016. That document is now missing from the Official Public
Record of Ocean County, NJ. 

If anyone can find the document, please contact.
