Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting an opportunity to obtain records related to Perth Amboy Public Schools’ RFP #2019-01A – Comprehensive Fixed Asset Appraisal & Asset Management System (2021).
Specifically, I request the following records:
1. A complete copy of the original solicitation document (RFP #2019-01A), including all addenda and attachments.
2. Copies of all proposals submitted in response to RFP #2019-01A.
3. A copy of the awarded vendor’s proposal.
4. Any evaluation, scoring, ranking, or recommendation documentation used during the selection process.
5. A copy of the executed contract with the awarded vendor, if available.
If you determine that some but not all of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, I ask that you redact only the exempt portions and make the remainder available as requested.
If I can provide any clarification to help expedite this request, please let me know. I also ask that you notify me of any costs exceeding $100 prior to fulfilling the request so that I may determine how to proceed.

I am writing to request an internal review of Perth Amboy School District's handling of my OPRA request, "Public Record Act Request for RFP #2019-01A for a Comprehensive Fixed Asset Appraisal & Asset Management System."

I submitted this request on February 2, 2026; however, I did not receive a response within the timeframe required under the Open Public Records Act.
