I am requesting public property records for 304 9th Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (Block: 11202, Lot: 2). Please provide electronic copies of: 1) All open and closed building, electrical, plumbing, and fire permits; 2) The original Certificate of Occupancy (CO) and any subsequent Certificates of Approval; 3) Any active, outstanding, or pending housing code, health department, or zoning violations; and 4) The current municipal property tax ledger showing outstanding balances, interests, or active municipal liens.
