There is no Borough Policy regarding the photography/video recording within the publically accessible areas of all public borough buildings but there are State laws as well as federal laws regarding this so you should check with
them as well.

Thank you for your response. However, the document attached only references motor vehicle stop procedures. What is the borough policy regarding general contact with the public? Are officers required to wear name tags? Badges? Give name and badge/I.D.# when asked? Please clarify.
