In Response to your OPRA request dated January 28th, the Borough of Union
Beach does not have any information in its bylaws, procedures, rules,
resolutions or policies regarding the conduct and/or recording of public
meetings.  The Borough of Union Beach conducts all meetings in accordance
with PL 1975, Chapter 231, "open public meetings act."
