In reference to you question:
The Rules of Conduct and recordings of public meetings within the Borough
of Keansburg are governed by New Jersey State Statute and Roberts Rule of
Order.
Meeting are recorded and the Municipal Clerk is responsible for
preparation of minutes. Minutes are distributed to the governing body for
review. After approval the minutes are bound in a permanent record and
posted on the municipal website.
