The NJDEP requires clarification of the above referenced OPRA request,
which sought:
A copy of all comments submitted as part of the permitting process for
Camden Covanta's application to modifying their Title V Operating Permit
and our Solid Waste Facility
Permit, as well as renewing their Title V permit.
The clarification needed is if you are seeking the submitted comments for
just the most recent modification that’s still pending, or if you are
looking for the submitted comments for ALL modifications ever done in the
history of this facility?
Please note that upon receipt of the requested information, the “clock”
will start on the processing of this OPRA request (i.e., 7-business days).
