Public comment audio
Dear Town of Dover,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Audio of the public comment portion of tuesdays town hall meeting specifically only the comment made by an individual whose first name starts with Ingrid and the English translation that went along with it

Good Morning,
The Town of Dover received your OPRA Request on 4/10/2025. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request was 4/22/2025.
Pursuant to the Act, the Town has 7 business days, beginning the day after
receipt of the request by the Records Custodian, within which to respond.
Please accept this email as the Town’s response to your request.
Your request sought access to the following:
• Audio of the public comment portion of Tuesdays town hall meeting
specifically only the comment made by an individual whose first name
starts with Ingrid and the English translation that went along with it
Unfortunately, we are unable to email any, audio responsive to your
request as the files are too large. The audio recording that is responsive
to your request has been uploaded to a flash drive. To provide you with
the responsive audio recording, we can mail you the flash drive with the
footage or you can come pick up a flash drive with the footage. The cost
of the flash drive itself is $2.50. If you rather have the flash drive
mailed to you it would cost an additional $.67 for a total of $3.17. If
you wish to have the flash drive mailed to you, please make the check or
money order payable to the Town of Dover and provide the mailing address
you would like the flash drive sent to. Please advise how you would like
us to proceed.
There are no other records responsive to your OPRA Request. This request
is now deemed complete and closed.
