maintained by the Office of the Attorney General.  Instead, responsive
records, to the extent they exist, would be within the possession of the
Division of Criminal Justice, a separate division of the Department of Law
and Public Safety.   You may file a records request with the Division of
Criminal Justice through the online link above.  Select, “Law and Public
Safety” from the first drop-down menu.  Next, select “Division of Criminal
Justice.”  Alternatively, you may also file a request through hard copy
correspondence to the following mailing address: Division of Criminal
Justice, PO Box 085, 25 South Market Street, 5th Flr., Trenton 08625.

While you are not required to use this form, I've attached a copy of the
Department's records request form for your convenience.   The mailing
address for each of the Department's various Divisions can be found on
page 2 of the form.
