I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated March 20, 2024 that was
furnished to the Acting Township Clerk of Clinton Township, for response. 
Please be advised that the municipal courts are not governed by OPRA but
rather Rule 1:38 – Public Access to Court Records and Administrative
Records. Your request for email correspondence between the municipal
prosecutor Katherine Errickson and municipal court staff or judge is
deemed an internal record, and therefore not accessible to the public per
Rule 1:38-3(b)(1) - Internal Records.
