Prosecutor appointments for Linden Court

Names and Dates of appointment for Linden Municipal Prosecutors from 2010-2019. Also include any Prosecutors names that were approved by Council by the RFQ process during that time frame.

This request is long overdue, almost reaching the 90 day mark with no information at all given. I am Requesting this information ASAP or further measures will be taken.

Dear Talia Pena-Marin,
Actually this does not fall Under Municipal Court, as the appointments and records of Prosecutors are under the City of Linden Law Department. They are not employees of the Municipal Court, RFQs are not requested by the Court, and are not paid under the Municipal Court Budget, but rather under the direct supervision of the Municipal Attorney. Therefore, the information does indeed fall under OPRA and not Judicial Records.
