Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Salem City should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

For the property requested, no open or outstanding code violations, no VPR
fees or liens and no outstanding assessments, fees or invoices.

 

Our Permits are handled by the state and they will respond directly to you
concerning permits.

right to challenge the decision by the City of Salem to deny access. At
