Proposals Submitted for Township Engineer/Joint Land Use Board Engineer
Dear Hainesport Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1) All proposals submitted in response to the "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUALIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONALS, Date Issued: November 9, 2017" for the positions of:
a) Township Engineer
b) Joint Land Use Board Engineer
2) Any "non-binding" ranking of these proposals as supplied to the Township Committee in accordance with Section VIII, Selection & Contract of the above mentioned RFP.

Good Morning Anna:
Your OPRA request is ready for pickup at the Clerk's Office in the Municipal Building. I have an extra hard copy of each of the RFP's requested and will provide them to you at no charge since they were already printed by the professionals that submitted them.
There is not a document providing for the 'non-binding' ranking of the proposals. I am unable to complete this request because this document does not exist.
