Proposals, contracts, scoring, invoices for TP-390 and TP-389

1. All proposals, in their entirety, submitted in response to DOT Procurement's TP-390 (Materials Inspection - Steel) and TP-389 (Materials Inspection - Concrete). This was a 2021 procurement for consultant / Professional services.
2. All proposal evaluation notes and scoring details for the two procurement's detailed in item 1 above.
3. All contracts, in their entirety, resulting from the two procurement's detailed in item 1 above.
4. All invoices, in their entirety, submitted by the firms awarded and contracted pursuant to the procurement's detailed in item 1 above.
