This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am looking into purchasing a property with the address: 21 Cairns Place, Montgomery Township, NJ 08502. I would like to obtain any information about the septic on this property. Has it ever been replaced? Also, any renovation or construction history that would be helpful to a buyer would be great as well. Thank you very much!
