Dear Randolph Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor
including all of the information required on the adopted form shall
suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record
request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of
New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

130 Dover Chester Road all tax records any records of liens or clouds or
defects on the deed or title. Also hsitory of repairs/modifications to
plumbing such as needing a new septic system

Good morning,

Attached are the records you requested via Randolph Township OPRA 24-505
for 130 Dover Chester Road (Block 44, Lot 23.01). The Tax Collector noted
that there are currently no tax sale certificates issued on this property.
The Tax Assessor noted that he is unaware of any defects on the deed or
title. However, this should not be interpreted as having no defects, since
the Tax Assessor’s office is not responsible for determining if any
defects exist. There are no other records pursuant to your request.
