I am writing to submit an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request for information regarding houses in Camden County that meet the following criteria:
Water shutoff: Houses with a documented water shutoff by the municipal water utility in the past 6 months.
Vacant: Properties confirmed to be vacant by [Source, e.g., tax records, building inspections].
Probate: Houses currently in probate court proceedings.
Code violations: Properties with outstanding code violations documented by the municipal code enforcement department.
If possible and completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the information of people involved such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide.
