Dear Somerville Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Records from 2022
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
8) All properties with notices of abatement
If Not Available Please Send Whatever is available on the list.
Preferably In excel format if not PDF is Fine.

Be advised I have a meeting to discuss with staff, I am not sure we can produce the requested records in total. I will get back to you next week. We will require additional time to review and respond. I expect that we can respond by May 20th

I have attached a spreadsheet that shows all of the rental properties. I
assume that is what she is looking for. The blue highlights are paid
through 2022, the green highlights are paid through 2021, the black print
has never paid since I have been doing rental registrations, and the red
properties have been removed from the registry.
