This OPRA request has been received on Friday, February 18, 2022.  It will be reviewed and will be processed.  A response will be sent within seven (7) business days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.

Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all of an agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask questions are not proper requests.  See Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record custodians are not required to conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA request. You will be notified if your OPRA request requires clarification or is non-conforming.
