This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

1. Property Records on file from 2020-Present (property record cards; open/closed building/construction permits; certificates of occupancy; code violations; site plans; surveys) for the following two properties: Block 6, Lot 22 and Block 63.01, Lot 43.01.

2. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to addresses on Greeley Street and John Plant Drive from 11/1/2020-present.
