Property records/history - 80 Truman Blvd
Dear Oakland Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I am requesting copies of records the municipality possesses relating to the property at 80 Truman Blvd, Oakland. (Block: 1606 Lot: 21).
The records I am requesting include:
- Records of town permits including Building, Electric, Plumbing, Fire, and Mechanical work permits, both open and closed.
- Records of town inspections, approvals, and violations.
- Property tax records including the current annual property tax amount,
current tax assessment information indicating the date of the most recent assessment
- Records of municipal easements or assessments
- Records of underground storage tanks, including septic tanks and oil tanks that are currently active, abandoned or decommissioned.
