Good morning,
Attached are the documents requested that are on file with Pilesgrove
Township. The zoning office has not issued any violations this year. And
Pilesgrove Township does not keep record of probate properties. And none
of Pilesgrove Township has any utility shut offs. A few of Pilesgrove
Township properties are serviced by water and sewer from The Borough Of
Woodstown, however, those records would need to be requested from
Woodstown Borough.

Please provide the type of violation, address, and owner name please.

2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family
properties that are currently in the probate process.

3. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance
owed provided please.

4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are flagged abandoned.

5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months.

I am requesting the above public records in electronic form, preferably in
Excel format.
