Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting copies of the following public records for Block 698, Lot 65 (16 Arnold Drive):

1. POOL RECORDS: Copies of all initial building/construction permits, zoning approvals, engineering reviews, structural plans, physical site plans, and the final Certificate of Approval (CA) or Certificate of Occupancy for the installation of the backyard in-ground pool and surrounding concrete decking/apron footprint.

2. PROPERTY PLANS: Copies of any historical property surveys, plot plans, or variance maps on file showing structural locations relative to utility corridors or right-of-way easement tracks.

3. SETBACKS & ENCHROACHMENTS: Records of any municipal code enforcement determinations, structural variance approvals, or zoning board resolutions regarding right-of-way or easement setbacks on this parcel.
