of Inspection) as there are no outstanding violations with my Bureau. 
Your next cyclical inspection isn't due until Oct. 2023
     Certificate of Occupancy(ies) are issued through the local inspection
office, so I am not the custodian of those records, and as such I cannot
provide.
     This request is deemed satisfied/closed.
