Kay Rolls, Atlantic City

Hello Trisha Ray:  In regards to this request, there are too many existing
certificates of occupancy to send to you.  It is in your best interest to
come to this office and review the files yourself.  Please respond.

Dear Kay Rolls,

I am in Ohio. I can't come in. As lovely as it would be to leave my desk and make a visit. It would likely be great fun. But who has time for fun? Can you please make a statement that the records are not available due the amount of records and staff availability copies can not be made. Something of that nature. This is a completely acceptable answer. Driving to the Atlantic Ocean is not an acceptable solution for copies. I'll add the statement for the bank to see and if they want to drive to the Boardwalk, perhaps they will. Likely no.

Yours sincerely,

Trisha Ray
