Dear Vineland City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address, and owner name provided please.
2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family properties that are currently in the probate process.
3. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties that are in the eviction process.
4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The compilation of records is complete in response to
your recently filed OPRA request in the Vineland City
Clerk's Office. Applicable documents have been uploaded
and sent successfully per your request.
The City does not keep or maintain any list pertaining
to item #1, item #2, item #3, and item #4 of this
request.
Item #5 of your request is too broad. Please resubmit
your request stating a specific date range and dollar
amount overdue so that we may properly produce a report
relevant to your request. Without those parameters, the
software system would produce an inaccurate report.
Item #8 of your request is broad and unclear. The term
“shutoff” could pertain to a variety of reasons an
address no longer has utility service. Please resubmit
your request with a more narrow description of the
records you are looking to obtain regarding item #8.
