Property Records related to Due Diligence
Dear Jamesburg Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting due diligence at 300 Buckelew Avenue. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property, including environmental records, zoning and codes records, etc.

We would like access to zoning, building permits and code enforcement files. Would it be possible to do a property file review at your office?

Building permits are not kept in Jamesburg. They are through the state of NJ. I can send your request to them for them to respond if you would like.
As far as zoning code enforcement files I am not sure how that would work. I can do the same and send the request to the Zoning department to respond.
Please advise if this is how you would like to proceeds.

I spoke with the Zoning Officer. He is asking for specific on what it is you are looking for. The building has been there for many years. Any files would be archived, so knowing what it is you need would help.
