This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All Property Records for 3105 Bridgeboro Road and 83 Cooper. Including but not limited to variances, permits, citations, building permits, certificate of occupancy certificates, variances, site plans, rental property registrations, complaints and any other record of interest for both properties.

Please see attached documents as requested. The Construction Office provided the activity reports for both properties. If copies of any permits are needed, please let me know. Delran does not issue certificate of occupancies for residential dwellings. The Planning and Zoning Board Secretary stated there are no variances or site plans for the properties. There are also no Landlord Tenant Registrations on file for the properties.
Unlisted phone numbers have been redacted as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
