Construction: Any and all permits (open & closed) from [1/1/1957] to [2/7/2020], inspections, approvals, violations. Any records of the property having an oil or septic tank.

Health/Sanitation: Any record of water wells, on-site sanitary disposal systems (septic), septic or health violations and reports.

Any recorded surveys or elevation certificates

Any letters of substantial damage from Hurricane Sandy
