have been redacted.  A public agency has a responsibility and obligation
to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with
which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the
citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. 
Additionally, redactions have been made over names in order to protect
those persons requesting anonymity under Daniel’s Law. Daniel’s Law is a
New Jersey statute that provides a means for certain public servants to
request the redaction of certain personal information from public-facing
