This is in response to your OPRA request dated February 25, 2021 and
received by the custodian of records on February 25, 2021.  This response
is being provided on the 2nd business day following receipt of your
request.  Your requested records and Chester Township's responses are
provided below:
"1. A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family
properties that are delinquent on their taxes, behind 1-3 years from
today. Please include balance owed, address, and owner name."
Responsive records are attached.  Please note that there are no
delinquencies listed prior to 2020 because any older delinquencies are a
lien and are paid by a lienholder.  If you would like a list of liens
please let me know.
2. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties
with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address,
and owner name provided please.
Responsive records are attached.
3. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance
owed provided please.
Chester Township does not have any utilities and therefore does not have
any records responsive to your request.
4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are flagged abandoned.
Chester Township does not maintain a list of properties that are
abandoned, and therefore there are no records that are responsive to your
request.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are fire damaged in the past month.
Chester Township does not maintain a list of these properties and
therefore there are no records responsive to your request.

right to challenge the decision by Chester Township to deny access. At
your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court
of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council
