This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
I am looking for records on the property located at 4 & 10 Carnegie Avenue, in the City of East Orange, Essex County and State of New Jersey (Block 401, Lots 31 and 32).
Please provide the following. 1. Current CO of the property. 2. Report of all past and current violations on the property 3. Report of all open permits on the property.

1. Current CO of the property.
2. Report of current violations on the property
3. Report of open permits on the property.
My client is in contract to purchase the premises and I believe these are a valid requests prior to acquiring a property.
