                N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3a permits a custodian of records to deny
access to records pertaining to an investigation being conducted by any
public agency if examination of the records would be inimical to the
public interest.

The Code Enforcement Case Log is an internal work product created and
maintained by the Township of Weymouth Code Enforcement Officer. The Case
Log provides an updated status as to ongoing investigations by Code
Enforcement. This internal work product is created solely to assist the
Code Enforcement Officer as to active investigations, providing property
information and recent developments in alleged Code violations.

                Accordingly, the Case Log has been deemed a privileged
document pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3a and has not been produced.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within a reasonable time as per NJ A3849 required by law, you
