marked as vacant and/or abandoned

The Borough of Fort Lee does not require the completion of a registration
form for vacant properties, therefore there are no documents responsive to
your   request

 2. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
marked as condemned

The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing for condemned
properties, therefore there are no documents responsive to your request

 3. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that have
had a notice of abatement issued, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the
present day

The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing of residential
properties that have had a notice of abatement, therefore there are no
documents responsive to your request. We can certainly fulfill your
request providing that a specific address is given.

 4. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
fire damaged, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day

The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing for properties that
are fire damaged, therefore there are no documents responsive to your
request

 5. Addresses of all residential properties with delinquent property
taxes, specifically for the past 2 quarters

Documents responsive. Please see attached delinquent tax report.

 6. Addresses of all residential properties with delinquent water and
sewer bills, specifically for the past 2 quarters

Be advised water is billed separately by a private company and sewer
charges are included in the taxes. Therefore, there are no documents
responsive.

 7. Addresses of all residential properties with an active municipal owned
lien

Documents responsive. Please see attached active municipal lien report.

 8. Addresses of all residential properties that have had a code
enforcement compliant opened for high grass and/or junk/debris,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day

Documents responsive. Please see attached. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1
“Privacy Interest” certain addresses not pertaining to your request have
been redacted.

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website.  Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
