Here are the responses to your request:

 1. The Township does not have an abandoned /vacant registration
requirement.
 2. The Township has no list of condemned houses.
 3. There are no houses that have received a Notice of Abatement. 1/1/22
to present
 4. There are no houses that heave been fire-damaged from 1/1/22 to
present
 5. I have forwarded this to the Tax Collector for her response
 6. The Township is 100% onsite septic and well.  Therefore there are no
water or sewer bills
 7. To be addressed by the Tax Collector.  The only liens would be for
taxes.
 8. There are no properties that have a code enforcement complaint opened
for high grass and/or junk/debris from 1/1/22 to present.

Please reply stating that this portion of your request has been fulfilled.

2. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
marked as condemned

4. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are

specifically for the past 2 quarters
6. Addresses of all residential properties with delinquent water and sewer

enforcement compliant opened for high grass and/or junk/debris,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day

You may redact all confidential and personal information under N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1, but I am requesting the addressees of such properties. I am
requesting the above public records in electronic form, preferably in
Excel format.
