Dear Franklin Township (Somerset),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Franklin Township (Somerset)'s handling of my OPRA request 'Property Records'.
The OPRA law states that “a custodian of a government record shall grant access to a government record or deny a request for access to a government record as soon as possible, but not later than seven business days after receiving the request”. N.J.S.A 47:1A-5
Please acknowledge receipt of this message. Thanks.
Yours faithfully,
Omar

Dear Ann Marie McCarthy,
Please see my above request. The dates of the requests are mentioned. Additionally can you please cite where it requires my full-name in the OPRA law? Please see the following: https://www.nj.gov/grc/public/faqs/#4
"Requestors may file OPRA requests anonymously without providing any personal contact information, even though space for that information appears on the form; thus anonymous requests are permitted"
Yours sincerely,
Omar
I was only asking for full name to do a search…we have several Omars in the system.
