not maintain probate information.

There are no records that are responsive to your request.  Chester
Township does not maintain this information.
4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family
properties that are going through the divorce process.
There are no records responsive to your request.  Chester Township does
not have documentation on divorce proceedings.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance
owed provided please.
There are no records responsive to your request.  Chester Township does
not collect taxes for utilities.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are flagged abandoned.
There are no records responsive to your request.  Chester Township does
not maintain an abandoned property list.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are fire damaged in the past month.
There are no records responsive to your request.  The Chester Fire Company
is an independent entity from Chester Township.  Please contact them
directly for these records.
    8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months.
