3. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties that are in the eviction process.
4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The Township received your OPRA request dated January 4, 2022. Please be
advised the Township has no records for items 2, 3 and 4 listed in your
OPRA request. The only utilities the Township may have records for is the
MUA. I have forwarded your OPRA to the MUA for their direct response to
you for items 5 and 8. The Tax Collector, Building Department and Fire
Department will be responding to you in reference to the remaining items
no later than January 13, 2022.

We only had one fire damaged property (Residential) in December and that was 12/26/21 0n 56 Marshall Drive report # 808-034-21

Attached you will find a list of all EHTMUA delinquent accounts as of this morning. Sanitary sewer is not shut off for non-payment
