7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Utility shutoffs are not recorded by North Plainfield Borough. You will need to contact New Jersey American Water Company in Voorhees, NJ regarding water. For gas and electric shutoffs, contact Public Service Electric and Gas in Newark. If you consider cable TV/internet and phone services to be utilities, North Plainfield is served by Verizon/FIOS and Comcast.
