requestor would also like to receive copies of all permits, open and
closed, for the above-identified property that has been taken out over
the last 20 years.

2 - Confirmation as to whether any municipal assessments have been or
will be imposed on the owner of Lot 5305 of Block #5. If such
assessments exist, the requestor would also like to receive copies of
the same.

3 - Copies of any restrictions of record, if any, for Lot #5305 of
#Block 5.
4- Oil Tank Records for Lot #5305 of Block #5.

Hour records indicate that a permit was issued in 2004 for the abandonment
of an oil tank, however it appears that no inspections were ever made.
This permit remains open.
No open violations show.
