4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.

As per request : Attached report was for a oven fire that was contained to
the oven. No damage was reported.

Note that the tax collector software doesn't identify vacant properties
and therefore can't cross reference delinquent taxes with vacant flag.
