In regards to your request:

Please check with the Ocean County Clerk’s office for the following: 

2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family
properties that are currently in the probate and also (if possible)
divorce process.

3. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties
that are in the eviction process.

The following request must be sent to the local utility companies : 

4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance
owed provided please.

7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that have had their utilities shut off for 3+months

Documentation was attached for the following:

1. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties
with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address,
and owner name provided please.

6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that were fire damaged in the past month.

Please be advised registration for vacant/abandoned properties
was repealed by the Governor in summer of 2022.  Foreclosures are provided
by banks. We have no list to provide.
