Hello - This property is 5 units. Our records are missing the required property insurance and lead certification. Attached are CO currently on property. I have no permits on file. When sold needs to complete Certificate of Compliance with town, which requires a property maintenance inspection and sump pump. This unit should also be inspected by the State of NJ And Barrington Alliance Fire.
