CBRE has been commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment on the property located at 301 Blair Rd, Avenel, NJ 07001. We are looking to receive any information concerning zoning location, requirements, any zoning code violations as well as any Building or fire Code violations as well as Subject’s Certificate of Occupancy.
