Dear South Amboy City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Property owner of 116 South Pine Avenue
2. Name of the primary owner who purchased Bayside Cove formerly known as Woodmont Properties, the address for the leasing office is 100 Celecki Drive.

For the second request, I already have the name of the LLC so please provide the human name who must've been contacted when the sale was completed earlier this year.
